Our Story
Owned and operated by Christine and Ross Snyder. The Snyders have been involved locally in the pet care industry since 1993. Chris has been training and competing with dogs since the early 70’s when she took her first Collie Duke to the top of his division.
Chris is a Certified Master Groomer, Member of the National Dog Groomers Association of America, and the National Kennel Association.
I knew at a young age that this was my calling. I wake up every day thankful that I am able to do what I love best!

Chris
Hi, my name is Chris I’ve been training and competing in obedience with dogs since I was eight years old. I have 5 dogs currently. Two black labs two Fox red labs and one miniature American shepherd. I also have several cats and a horse named Montana.
Ross
Hi, my name is Ross. I am a retired high school science teacher. I am the cog behind the scene that keeps the wheel going at The Paw Patch. I handle pick-ups and drop-offs, landscaping, and helping with all the training puppies. I share 5 dogs, multiple cats, & 1 horse.
Chloe
Hi, my name is Chloe. I have always been a serious animal lover. Currently, I am a senior in college majoring in general biology with plans to go on to UGA Veterinary School. I plan to dedicate my life to helping animals. I have two kitties at home with a puppy coming soon!!
Ben
Hi, my name is Ben. I have been an animal lover my whole life, especially dogs! I am a very gentle and patient person even when I get frustrated. Besides animals, I love playing and composing music in my free time.
